Data Analyst, Adults Social Care

City of London, London Eden Brown Synergy Purpose of the role: To provide accurate, timely and insightful data analysis to support effective planning, performance management and decision-making across Adult Social Care. Key responsibilities: Analyse and interpret adult social care data to identify trends, risks and opportunities. Produce regular reports, dashboards and performance information for managers and senior leaders. Support statutory reporting, data quality and performance monitoring. Work with teams to understand data requirements and translate findings into clear, actionable insights. Ensure data is accurate, consistent and handled in line with relevant legislation and information governance requirements.Essential skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and experience using Excel and/or data visualisation tools such as Power BI.
