About the role

Job Purpose:

To support the learning, development, and well-being of all pupils, including those with complex educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), ensuring an inclusive, nurturing, and supportive environment. This role also incorporates a Midday Assistant role, where you will take care and control of all the children on the school premises during the lunch break.

You will:

  • Have an understanding of specific learning needs and styles to adapt teaching to support all pupils

  • Have the ability to work with a range of colleagues
