Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage manufacturing projects from initiation to completion for our Bradford based client. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sheet metal processes, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

THE ROLE:

• Plan, execute, and finalise projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors/vendors for seamless project execution.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and team members.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project status.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimise manufacturing processes.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a positive work environment.

THE CANDIDATE:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in a manufacturing setting, with a focus on sheet metal work preferred.
• Proficient in project management software
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive under pressure.

THE SALARY & HOURS:

• Upto £40k PA DOE
• Monday to Friday 7:30 – 16:30
