Practice Manager - West Wales

Are you an experienced Optical Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are looking for a motivated and people-focused Optical Manager to join our client's growing independent optical group in beautiful West Wales. You’ll lead and support a friendly practice team, helping to deliver excellent customer service for our client's patients while driving the day-to-day success and performance of the practice. You will be working closely with clinical and dispensing teams; you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference and play an important part in the continued growth of the practice.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous management or leadership experience

• A passion for excellent customer and patient care

• Strong people and communication skills

• Commercial awareness and confidence working towards targets and KPIs

• A positive, organised, and hands-on approach

• Optical experience is essential
