We are currently recruiting experienced Aluminium MIG Welders for a long-term opportunity with a leading manufacturing client based in Newton Aycliffe.

This is an excellent opportunity for skilled welders looking for competitive pay, ongoing work, training and the potential to secure a permanent position.

Pay Rates:

• PAYE Days: £21.31 per hour
• PAYE Afternoons: £25.57 per hour
• Umbrella Days: £28.30 per hour
• Umbrella Afternoons: £33.97 per hour

Shift Patterns:

• Days: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm
• Afternoons: Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Precision MIG welding on aluminium materials.
• Working with welding and build fixtures to tight tolerances.
• Following manufacturing procedures and quality standards.
• Carrying out manual handling where required.
• Maintaining high standards of health, safety and quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Aluminium MIG welding.
• Ability to follow work instructions and procedures.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Strong health and safety awareness.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
