Project Manager (Pre-Con)

Project Managers – Have you had enough of life on site?   I’m working with a market‑leading contractor who are looking for a Project Manager to join their pre‑construction team, taking schemes from early development right through to handover to delivery teams. This is a role for someone who loves the technical side of construction. You’ll be front‑end, acting as the main point of contact with the client and working closely with commercial and planning teams to make sure schemes are feasible, well‑structured and ready to execute.   What we’re looking for:

• An experienced Project Manager with a track record of leading high-profile developments for a main contractor
• The technical skills to be able to advise at pre-construction stage, guiding and shaping projects before commencement.
• A strong communicator, this is a client facing role but will also involve advising colleagues and bringing people together to achieve expected outcomes

  What’s on offer:

• An attractive base salary of around £70,000 + Car/Allowance & surrounding package.
• Whilst this is an office-based role in South Manchester, there is an element of home working (1 day a week).
• You’ll be working on prestigious schemes with real sway on success from day one!
