Fleet Parts Coordinator

Location: Chalgrove
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Are you an organised and proactive Parts Person with experience in automotive, fleet, engineering, or workshop environments?

We are looking for a Fleet Parts Person to join a busy vehicle maintenance operation, ensuring the efficient procurement, stock control, and distribution of parts required to keep the fleet running smoothly.

• Source, order, and issue vehicle parts and components
• Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records
• Raise and process purchase orders
• Liaise with suppliers and workshop teams
• Receive, check, and allocate parts to repair jobs
• Monitor parts usage to support cost control
• Support stock audits and inventory management processes
• Coordinate parts collections and deliveries when required

• Previous experience in a parts, stores, procurement, automotive, or fleet environment
• Good knowledge of vehicle parts and component identification
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience working with suppliers and purchase orders
• Good IT and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK Driving Licence

• Experience within HGV, PSV, commercial vehicle, fleet, or workshop environments
• Knowledge of stock control and inventory management systems
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
