Business Analyst / Output Management Support

Zürich, Switzerland Source Group International Business Analyst / Output Management Support Location: Zurich Start date: October Duration: 12 months Key Responsibilities Consolidate and track deliverables, milestones and activities across multiple workstreams Prepare status reports, governance materials, action logs and management updates Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies) and monitor follow-up actions Coordinate with business, technology and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of programme outputs Analyse progress, identify risks and dependencies, and support escalation where required Facilitate governance meetings, workshops and working groups, documenting decisions and actions Monitor programme plans and readiness indicators, providing transparency on delivery status Ensure consistency, quality and completeness of programme documentation and reporting artefacts Support implementation, readiness and change-related planning and tracking activitiesRequired Experience Experience as a Business Analyst, PMO Analyst, Project Coordinator or Programme Support Analyst Strong programme governance, reporting and stakeholder management skills at a bank  Experience tracking risks, issues, dependencies, milestones and deliverables Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders in complex transformation environments Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills Advanced PowerPoint, Excel and reporting capabilities By applying for this role, you consent to SGI contacting you by telephone regarding recruitment services, market updates, and relevant business opportunities We believe in equal opportunity for all and actively encourage applications from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
