Key Responsibilities

As Head Chef, you’ll take ownership of the kitchen and play a key role in preparing the operation for its busiest periods.

• Lead, motivate and support the kitchen team
• Create and develop menus suited to the operation
• Maintain consistently high food and hygiene standards
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and running efficiently
• Manage the demands of a busy summer trading period
• Identify ways to improve the kitchen and overall food offering

What we’re looking for

The ideal Chef will be someone who enjoys being hands-on, takes pride in their work and wants to become a valued part of the team.

• Previous experience in a senior kitchen role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Someone who is loyal and committed to the long term
• Comfortable working hard during peak trading periods
• A creative approach to menus and food development
• Someone who is always looking for ways to improve
• Ideally available to start in January, ready for preparation ahead of the busy season
