About the role
SCHOOL CLEANER
Quarry Bank Primary School is a happy, nurturing and caring school that aims to provide the highest quality education for children from 3 to 11 years in a fantastic, modern building – please see our virtual tour so you can see our school for yourself (http://aperture360.s3.amazonaws.com/tours/QUARRY-BANK/index.htm). We are a 1.5 form entry school with 45 children per year group.
We are seeking to appoint a cleaner who is committed, highly motivated, reliable and hard-working to join a friendly and established team to deliver a high-quality cleaning service, maintaining excellent standards of hygiene and housekeeping. Previous experience would be advantageous but full training will be provided.
Working Pattern
This is a permanent part time position to work 43 weeks per year
39 weeks term time and 4 weeks during the school holidays
Term Time 10 hrs per week Monday - Friday
- October Half Term – 10 hrs
- February Half Term - 10 hrs
- Easter Holiday - 10 hrs
- Summer Holidays - 10 hrs
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children; therefore, the post is subject to medical clearance and an enhanced DBS check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
