Job description:
Aluminium Fabricator
We are working with a highly respected manufacturer and supplier of glazing systems and who work with some exceptional clients across the UK & Ireland to recruit for their new Aluminium Fabricator who will work both at their site and work on installs at client sites.
Working 8-5 Monday to Friday, with work based both at their facility and also travelling UK & Ireland (enhanced pay & expenses during this time)
Duties will include;
- Fabricate, assemble and install aluminium glazing systems for commercial shopfronts.
- Fabricate aluminium frames, doors and glazing systems
- Read drawings, plans and schedules
- Cut, drill and assemble aluminium profiles
- Fit glass, beads, gaskets and hardware
- Prepare units for finishing
- Maintain accurate, high-quality finishes
- Support site installs as needed
What we are looking for…
- Comfortable working with fabrication tools and machinery
- Able to work from & read technical drawings
- CSCS card is desirable as would be full UK license
