An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join a well-established and highly respected Private Client team based in Oswestry.

This role offers the opportunity to work with an established client base, handling a varied and rewarding caseload while benefiting from a supportive team environment and genuine long-term career development.

The Role

You will manage a broad range of Private Client matters, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Trust creation and administration
• Succession planning
• Advising individuals and families on asset protection and wealth preservation

You will have regular client contact and be encouraged to develop strong relationships while providing practical, tailored legal advice.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in Private Client law
• Experience handling wills, probate, LPAs, trusts and estate administration matters
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Proactive and commercially minded approach
• Keen to contribute to business development activities and raise your profile within the local market
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
