Office Cleaner – Welwyn Garden City (AL7)

Meridian Business Support are currently recruiting Cleaners to support a cleaning contract within in Welwyn Garden City (AL7)
This role will be covering commercial office and light industrial cleaning duties.

Location: Welwyn Garden City

Pay Rate:

• £13.44 per hour + holiday pay (weekdays)
• £15.00 per hour + holiday pay (weekend hours)

Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm
• Plus 4 hours every other weekend as part of the cleaning rota (paid at £15.00 per hour + holiday pay)

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Cleaner to join our client's site in Welwyn Garden City. This is initially a 3-month temporary assignment, with the potential to continue on a long-term basis for the right candidate.
You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment across a variety of areas, including:

• Commercial office spaces
• Communal areas
• Kitchens and staff facilities
• Toilets and washrooms
• Warehouse areas - light industrial cleaning (PPE must be worn) - this is provided by our client.

What We're Looking For

• Previous cleaning experience is essential
• Willingness to undergo a basic DBS check
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Able to work independently and maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Flexibility to work the alternate weekend rota
