Manchester Communication Academy is a dynamic institution deeply embedded in the community, committed to enhancing educational outcomes for all students. Situated in Harpurhey and its environs, MCA is an 11-16 secondary school with an adjoining primary school. Collaboration between the two is central to our ethos.

In our Ofsted inspection in 2024 we were recognised as a GOOD school and want to build on this by recruiting excellent practitioners that are driven by evidence informed practice. Our team comprises dedicated practitioners committed to ongoing professional development. You will join a department that embraces the latest pedagogical developments, supported by a structured CPD program led by our Teacher Educator, an EEF Research School Evidence Lead in Education.
