Diary Manager (EO)
Location: National (hybrid - minimum 2 days in the office)
Hours: 37 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 9:00-17:00)
Hybrid: minimum 2 days in office (potentially more depending on the week)
Pay rate: £14.81 per hour

We're recruiting a Diary Manager to join our warm and collaborative CDIO team. This role is all about helping the team use their time as efficiently as possible-by planning, prioritising and coordinating with confidence.

What you'll be doing:
* Managing diaries in a busy, pressured and complex environment
* Building a strong, high-level understanding of the function/organisation to support efficient diary decisions
* Reliably prioritising and organising work-even when change is constant
* Handling a wide range of issues with diplomacy and discretion
* Supporting the business with general ad hoc tasks as required
* Communicating clearly and confidently (written and verbal)
* Using Microsoft effectively to coordinate information and workflow

* Proven diary management experience in a fast-paced, complex setting
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise at pace
* Confident communication skills, with solid Microsoft experience
* Proactive, efficient approach and a delivery-focused mindset
* Ability to manage sensitive matters with professionalism, tact and discretion
* A talent for building effective relationships across different levels of an organisation
