As part of our central IT support team, you’ll be the go-to person for resolving desktop issues, managing upgrades, and keeping our IT systems running smoothly. From assisting in classrooms to maintaining servers, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our technology empowers learning every day.

The specific days and locations may vary depending on the IT support requirements of the individual schools and the availability of their Headteachers. The successful candidate will therefore need to demonstrate a flexible approach to their working pattern and be comfortable working across multiple school sites, including being able to reliably travel across sites.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support in person, over the phone, and remotely
- Logging, investigating, and resolving ICT support queries within agreed timeframes
- Installing, upgrading, and maintaining hardware and software
- Managing MS Teams, Outlook Groups, and network user accounts
- Maintaining shared network areas and promoting good digital housekeeping
- Supporting events such as assemblies, training sessions, and parent evenings
- Checking IT equipment, replenishing consumables, and keeping asset registers up to date

- GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in English & Maths - A Levels or IT-related qualifications are a plus
- Experience in an IT support role (school experience desirable but not essential)
- Confidence with Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and ideally Office 365
