Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1). Analyzing organizational programs, projects, or administrative processes to identify issues, evaluate effectiveness, and recommend improvements or solutions. 2) Administering travel program functions using automated travel systems, including reviewing travel documentation, resolving travel-related issues, and providing guidance on applicable travel policies and procedures. 3) Monitoring financial activities by tracking obligations and expenditures, reconciling funding information, and assisting with the management of organizational budgets or operating funds. 4) Managing purchase card or procurement activities for supplies, equipment, training, conferences, or services in accordance with applicable acquisition policies and procedures. 5) Supporting contract administration activities by assisting with contract funding, monitoring funding lines, responding to data calls, and coordinating administrative requirements with appropriate officials.
