This multi-disiplinary consultancy based in Hertfordshire are seeking an infrastructure engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing outline & detailed civil engineering designs and drawings in accordance with the relevant design standards
- Working collaboratively with clients, contractors and the supply chain to understand and develop project objectives.
- Liaising with stakeholders, statutory and local authorities to obtain relevant approvals.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or suitable alternative qualification
- Experience across residential, education, commercial, development and regeneration projects
- Highways design experience including S38 & S278
- S104 & S185 Drainage Design & Technical Approval
- Pavement Design & Specification
- Detailed Drainage Design & Modelling including SuDS
- Flood Risk Assessments & Drainage Strategies
- Strong technical report writing and communication skills
- Proficient in the use of drainage design software - Causeway Flow or similar
