Morson Edge is looking for an Aircraft Cleaner to join a dedicated team working within an established aircraft hangar environment. You don’t need years of aerospace experience. If you’re reliable, practical, willing to learn and take pride in doing a job properly, the hiring manager is open to considering your background.

You’ll work Monday to Friday, 07:30–15:30, providing consistent daytime hours while gaining experience within a professional aviation operation.

The opportunity could suit an Industrial Cleaner, Vehicle Valeter, Production Operative, Warehouse Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Workshop Operative or General Operative, as well as an existing Aircraft Cleaner or Aviation Cleaner.

The Role

You’ll be assigned to a specific aircraft programme, working alongside an established team to complete cleaning and support activities safely, accurately and within required timescales.

Day-to-day work will involve following written instructions, supporting relevant assembly activities and maintaining the standards expected within an aircraft hangar. You’ll work within procedures covering FOD Control, Tool Control and Safe Systems of Work, while helping maintain a clean, organised and efficient environment.

What We’re Looking For

Previous aviation or regulated-industry experience would be useful, but isn’t essential.

What matters most is a positive attitude, reliability, attention to detail and willingness to learn. You’ll need to follow procedures, work well within a team and maintain good Health & Safety awareness.
