The Role

As a Junior Estate Agent, you will:

• Conduct property viewings and confidently present properties to prospective purchasers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and applicants
• Assist with negotiations and progress transactions through to completion
• Manage buyer enquiries and proactively follow up new opportunities
• Liaise with clients and provide regular, considered updates throughout the sales process
• Support the wider sales team and maintain consistently high standards of client service
• Develop a strong knowledge of the local property market and the portfolio represented by the business

Junior Estate Agent requirements:

• Polished, confident and personable manner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and highly organised approach
• Genuine interest in property and commitment to exceptional client service
• Confidence when dealing with clients and prospective purchasers
• Ambition, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
• Ability to represent a prestigious brand with professionalism at all times
• Full UK driving licence
