About the role
Wise May are looking for a strong and experienced EA to support the Group Risk Officer within the Risk & Compliance team.
The busy team and Financial firm offer a friendly and outgoing environment in a professional setting.
EA duties will include:
- Diary management to Group Risk Officer plus 2 team members
- Booking meeting rooms for internal and external meetings
- Cover meeting minutes and itineries
- Complex travel arrangements and itineraries
- Expenses
- Liaising with ground floor reception to organise passes for visitors
- Experience within a Financial services company (preferred)
- Organised
- Strong diary management experience
- Judgement and problem solving
- Minute taking
