Client Director – Energy & Utilities | Up to £135k | LondonI’m partnered with a leading change and transformation consultancy looking for a Client Director to help grow their Energy & Utilities portfolio in the UK.This is a senior commercial and consulting leadership role for someone with an established E&U network, strong client relationships and a proven track record of growing accounts and winning transformational work.What you’ll be doing:• Own and grow strategic Energy & Utilities client relationships across London and the wider UK• Lead business development, account growth and solution delivery• Identify, shape and sell consulting solutions across change, transformation, programme management and technology• Build trusted relationships with senior executives and decision-makers• Lead large, complex consulting engagements and ensure successful delivery• Develop and grow high-performing consulting teams• Shape proposals, bids and commercial opportunities from initial idea through to close• Work alongside senior leadership to develop and execute the E&U growth strategy• Build your profile as an industry thought leader through events, networks and external engagement• Contribute to the wider growth and direction of the E&U practiceWhat they’re looking for:• 10+ years’ experience across management consulting, advisory, professional services or Big 4• Significant Energy & Utilities sector experience is essential• Proven track record of winning and growing consulting business• Strong existing relationships and credibility with senior E&U stakeholders• Experience leading large, complex transformation engagements• Strong commercial and account leadership capability• Experience developing proposals and selling consulting solutions• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management• Able to develop practical, creative solutions to complex business challenges• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or professional qualifications advantageousThe package:• Up to £135k• London• Director level• Flexible time off• Private medical• Health cash plan• Workplace savings scheme• Enhanced parental leave• Opportunity to shape and grow a major Energy & Utilities consulting portfolioIf you’re currently a Client Director, Account Director, Associate Partner, Partner or senior E&U consulting leader with a strong commercial track record, get in touch.
