- Casting ceramic products using moulds
- Preparing and handling casting materials
- Removing cast products from moulds
- Checking products for quality and defects
- Working to production targets
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following health and safety procedures
- Working as part of an experienced production team
- Previous pottery casting experience is essential
- Experience within a ceramics or pottery environment
- Good attention to detail
- Good hand skills and an eye for quality
- Reliable and hardworking
- Able to work efficiently to production targets
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
