What will the ERP Finance Implementation Manager role involve? Leading the design, development, and delivery of robust finance processes within the new ERP system to optimise operational efficiencies and compliance Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure finance requirements are effectively translated into system solutions, fostering seamless integration Managing data migration, validation, and reporting activities to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information throughout the transition Overseeing user acceptance testing and training to guarantee the finance team’s readiness for go-live, enabling a smooth transition and minimal disruption Building strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels to ensure project objectives are aligned with business needs and expectations Suitable Candidate for the ERP Finance Implementation Manager vacancy: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with a solid background in manufacturing finance systems Extensive experience leading ERP implementation programmes, particularly in manufacturing environments Strong understanding of financial reporting, management accounting, inventory, costing, and production processes Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively across diverse teams Demonstrates excellent project management skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving Must be based within an easily commutable distance from Swindon due to office presence required Additional benefits and information for the role of ERP Finance Implementation Manager: Flexible working arrangements including hybrid working – office based 3 days a week Salary will be dependent on experience CMA Recruitment Group is acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role.
