Harpenden, Hertfordshire Tradewind Recruitment Year 3 Teacher - November Start - Harpenden, Hertfordshire Full-Time | Fixed-Term Contract (1 Year) | London Fringe MPS £35,602-£54,328 per annum Tradewind Recruitment is pleased to be working with a welcoming and inclusive primary academy in Hertfordshire, who are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their team from 2 November 2026 on a full-time, one-year fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a small Year 3 class and will have the benefit of additional classroom support from both a Teaching Assistant (TA) and a Learning Support Assistant (LSA). The class includes pupils with additional needs, so previous experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Global Developmental Delay, is essential.
