Pink Tile Education is working in partnership with a highly regarded mainstream primary school in Crawley seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their expanding support team.
This exciting SEN Teaching Assistant job in Crawley will see you supporting children across EYFS and Key Stage 1 with a range of additional needs including Autism (ASD), ADHD, Speech and Language Difficulties, Global Development Delay and Social Communication Needs.
The school is a large three-form entry primary school with excellent facilities, dedicated intervention spaces and a highly experienced SEND team. Due to continued growth in pupil numbers and additional funding, they are looking to appoint an experienced Learning Support Assistant in Crawley who can provide consistent support and make a real difference.
The Role
As a SEN Teaching Assistant in Crawley, you will:

Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Work alongside the class teacher and SENCO
Support children with Autism, ADHD and additional learning needs
Deliver targeted interventions
Assist with emotional regulation strategies
Encourage social development and positive behaviour
Help pupils develop confidence and independence

Requirements
To apply for this Learning Support Assistant job in Crawley, you should have:

Previous experience working in a school environment
Experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Nursery Practitioner, Youth Worker or Care Support Worker
A passion for supporting children with SEN
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
Access to a vehicle preferred

Salary

£93 per day
Monday to Friday
8:30am to 3:30pm
Full-time position
