Working hours: Full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with flexibility during peak periods and events

A large holiday resort in North Devon is recruiting an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activity and act as the key link between the resort and its external marketing agency. This newly created role will shape the resort’s marketing strategy, drive brand awareness, support revenue growth and enhance the guest experience. Responsibilities include campaign planning, digital performance oversight, brand management, content creation coordination, agency management, budget control and cross‑department collaboration. Candidates should have strong marketing experience, excellent communication skills, confidence managing agencies and a solid understanding of digital marketing. This is a full‑time permanent role offering the chance to build and influence the resort’s entire marketing function.
