RGB Recruitment is recruiting for a Site Engineer to join an experienced project team in Exeter, working on a strong pipeline of civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

The RoleWorking alongside an experienced delivery team, you will support the technical delivery of works on site, including:
- Setting out and technical delivery
- Ensuring works comply with drawings and specifications
- Maintaining accurate site, engineering and QA records
- Supporting health, safety, quality and environmental requirements
- Identifying and resolving technical issues
- Liaising with site management, subcontractors and project teams
- Supporting the delivery of works safely, accurately and to programme
- A degree, HNC/HND or equivalent in Civil Engineering or a relevant construction discipline
- Practical Site Engineering experience
- Main contractor experience would be advantageous
- Appropriate CSCS card
- Good technical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- A desire to develop and progress within civil engineering
