About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an Inbound Processing Operative to join a busy Processing Team supporting our client within the charity sector.
The team plays an important role in delivering a high-quality, supporter-focused service. You will be responsible for handling incoming postal responses, checking raffle entries for accuracy and completeness, and ensuring all entries are processed correctly and in line with relevant legal and data protection requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Opening and processing incoming post and response forms.
- Checking raffle entries to ensure all required information is complete and accurate.
- Checking payment details and ensuring all necessary components are present for successful processing.
- Identifying and escalating incomplete or incorrect responses where further action is required.
- Checking entries for compliance with relevant guidelines and escalating any concerns appropriately.
- Reviewing accompanying correspondence and liaising with internal teams where necessary.
- Batching and sorting response forms.
- Counting and sorting incoming post accurately.
- Identifying discrepancies and ensuring all work is processed correctly.
- Sorting and securely packing response forms for storage.
- Working closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity.
- Following all relevant procedures relating to data protection, confidentiality and compliance.
