Job Title: General Construction Labourer (EL1 Cleared)

Location: Medway, Kent (ME1 - ME8)

Start Date: Tuesday, 22nd September 2026

Contract Duration: Ongoing / Long-Term

Pay Rate: £14.50 - £16.50 per hour (dependent on pay type)

We are looking for a reliable, hard-working General Labourer with EL1 Security Clearance for an ongoing, long-term position on a secure site in the Medway area.

Starting on Tuesday, 22nd September 2026, this role offers consistent full-time hours, stable weekly pay, and steady work on a high-security development.

• Assisting site trades, engineers, and sub-contractors with daily tasks.

• Transporting building materials and tools across site safely.

• Maintaining clean, safe, and hazard-free access routes, walkways, and work areas.

• Managing waste disposal, sorting materials, and maintaining site recycling skips.

• Following strict site security protocols, risk assessments, and safety procedures at all times.

• Active EL1 Security Clearance (Essential due to site security requirements).

• Valid CSCS Card (Green Labourer or above essential).

• Full PPE (Steel toe-cap boots, high-vis vest/jacket, hard hat, and safety gloves).

• Previous experience on secure commercial or industrial construction sites preferred.

• Punctual, dependable, and physically fit for manual handling duties.

• Right to work in the UK.

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (40-45 hours per week).

• Start Date: Tuesday, 22nd September 2026.

• Duration: Ongoing long-term work.

• Weekly pay via CIS, Umbrella, or PAYE.
