  About the Role

  We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Welfare Labourer for an ongoing position on a busy construction site in Sittingbourne.

  This role is essential to the day-to-day running of the development, ensuring that all site facilities are kept clean, hygienic, and well-maintained for the site team and workforce.

  
  Key Responsibilities

  • Daily cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance of site welfare facilities, including toilets, shower blocks, and washrooms.

  • Keeping the site offices, meeting rooms, and reception areas clean, vacuumed, and tidy.

  • Daily cleaning of the site canteen and break areas (wiping tables, cleaning appliances, emptying bins, and restocking supplies).

  • Managing site waste, ensuring recycling bins are emptied, and keeping welfare zones clear of rubbish.

  • Assisting the Site Manager with general light site duties and ordering welfare cleaning supplies as required.

  
  Requirements

  • Valid Green CSCS Card (Labourer card essential).

  • Full PPE (Steel toe-cap boots, high-vis vest/jacket, and hard hat).

  • Previous experience as a Welfare Labourer or Commercial Cleaner preferred.

  • Hard-working, trustworthy, and able to work independently.

  • Good communication skills and a reliable work ethic.

  • Right to work in the UK.

  
  Working Hours & Payment Options

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, standard day shifts (40-45 hours per week).

  • Pay Rates:

    • £15.07 per hour - Direct PAYE

    • £16.55 per hour - Umbrella PAYE

  • Duration: Ongoing long-term work.

  • Weekly pay.
