New Home Sales Advisor – Perth – OTE £50,000

Location: North Scotland – Perth and Surrounding Areas OTE: £50,000 plus Working Pattern: Full-time, Thursday – Monday

The Opportunity

We are delighted to be supporting a prominent housebuilder known for producing high-end homes as they look to appoint an experienced Sales Advisor to join the North Scotland team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales professional who enjoys delivering a first-class customer experience while working towards commercial sales targets. Working alongside the existing Sales Advisor and reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in managing sales activity and ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial inquiry through to completion.

The Role

As a Sales Advisor, you will manage and develop sales leads, confidently present the homes and development, and guide customers through the full purchasing journey. You will work closely with purchasers, solicitors, financial advisers, estate agents and the wider site team to ensure customers receive a professional and high-quality service throughout.

Key Responsibilities

• Pursue, monitor and accurately record sales leads.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and confidently present homes.
• Conduct property viewings and provide an engaging customer experience.
• Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, financial advisers and estate agents throughout the sales process.
• Record customer choices, incentives and progress updates accurately.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and relevant stakeholders.
• Work closely with the site team to ensure programme information is accurate and up to date.
• Ensure the sales office and show homes are presented to a consistently high standard.
• Ensure all visitors are aware of relevant health & safety procedures.
• Support marketing campaigns and maintain awareness of relevant industry standards and governing bodies.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market analysis to support commercial decision-making.
• Work towards sales targets and maximise opportunities for sales and extras.

Skills and Experience

Previous New Homes Sales experience is required. The successful candidate will demonstrate:
