Hughes Driver Training has secured a major long-term Ministry of Defence driver training contract and we are expanding our instructor team at our Blandford site.

We are looking for experienced, professional Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs) to join our team.

We offer Part time, Full time, Employed or Self employed

About you

We are looking for ADIs who are:

Fully qualified and registered as an ADI
Professional and reliable
Confident delivering structured driver training
Excellent communicators
Patient and supportive with learners
Comfortable working within a structured training environment
Able to work as part of a professional team

Previous experience working with military personnel would be advantageous but is not essential .
