The Owners of this fantastic property is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to work in the Pastry Kitchen of their hotel situated at an upmarket holiday resort. The multi outlet hotel has a variety of restaurants and bars offering all day dining in different venues across the site. The resort is extremely busy not just through the holiday periods but throughout the year. Along with the variety of restaurants and bars offering different styles of fresh food menus there is also a bustling events, weddings and parties trade. In this role of Pastry Chef de Partie you will be working alongside the talented Pastry chef  in a well equipped self contained Pastry Kitchen.

Requirements:

An experienced Pastry Chef de Partie who has a minimum of two years experience in a similar role within a high-end hotel or fine dining environment with solid understanding of excellence in customer service. A stable background working in similar high volume, multi outlet, fresh food kitchens is essential. Skilled in plated desserts, afternoon tea items, breads and petit fours.
