Location: Bristol (Greyfriars) BS1 6G
- Location & Building: BS1 6GR
- Working Days / Hours: 37hrs per week - Monday to Friday
- Working Pattern: FULL TIME OFFICE BASED
- Pay Rate: £13.25ph

What you'll be doing:
* Provide customer service to users and stakeholders, helping them via face-to-face engagement, telephone (incoming and outbound) and correspondence in different formats
* Prepare for and facilitate hearings through a range of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth outcomes
* Use service scripts and knowledge articles to signpost and give clear, consistent information-especially when queries are complex
* Follow complaints policies and procedures, responding promptly and supporting users to prevent escalation
* Maintain accurate case file handling, secure information management, and compliance with retention and data loss protocols
* Support operational activity using standard operating procedures to meet performance targets
* Help with jury service tasks (selection, deferral, reassignment, attendance tracking) and process related expenses and court fees
* Assist with listing and scheduling, including urgent matters, and support enforcement procedures such as financial assessments and fine collection
* Contribute to health and safety operations, including checks, issue logging and key/safety governance under guidance

* Confidence communicating clearly and professionally, adapting your support style for people with potentially complex needs
* Strong attention to detail, particularly with data entry, case handling and maintaining secure records
* A calm, responsive approach-able to prioritise and act quickly to prevent issues escalating

* Team-first mindset, supporting operational standards and judicial business needs as locally required
