Looking for an enthusiastic and professional Branch Manager to lead a strong team. The company: * Leading UK distributor for Fluid Power including Hydraulics and Pneumatics * Long established UK company * Fantastic staff retention and good opportunities for growth, training and development * Multi-million UK turnover The package: * £45K - £50K Basic Salary * Quarterly company bonus * Company Car * Pension * Laptop * Mobile * Healthcare after 12 months The role: * As the Branch Manager you will be running the branch and managing 5 people including a Field Sales Representative, Office Admin person, Stores Supervisor and 3 Store people * You will be involved in stock takes, ordering stock, managing the branch and making sure everything is running smoothly * The branch is involved in selling Hydraulics 40% and Pneumatics 60% - mainly components such as Valves, Cylinders, Couplings, Tubes, Hoses, Fittings etc… * The branch deals with some OEM’s & End Users as well as a lot of MRO End Users * The branch turned over £900k-£1million last year and they are looking to maintain and grow the turnover The ideal person: * Ideally someone with experience of Hydraulics and Pneumatics or at least 1 of the 2 * MUST have some fluid power knowledge * Experience as a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Sales Manager, Internal Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Field Sales Representative and similar would be considered * Hard working, driven, self motivated, good people person, able to hit the ground running If you think the role would be suitable for you, please apply now!
