Temporary Executive Assistant, Tech Investment firm

We are partnering with an exciting and rapidly growing technology firm seeking an experienced, immediately available Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to its c-suite leadership team.

This role requires a confident, proactive, and highly organised Executive Assistant with exceptional client-facing communication skills and the ability to hit the ground running. You'll be adept at building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, managing competing priorities, and anticipating needs before they arise. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and bring a solutions-focused approach to everything they do.

Ideally, your EA experience will be within a start-up, technology, or venture capital business, where you've developed strong organisational skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing dedicated support to senior C-Suite and leadership team members
• Managing complex and ever-changing diaries across multiple stakeholders
• Coordinating domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
• Organising meetings, board discussions, and leadership events
• Preparing, formatting, and proofreading presentations and marketing materials
• Managing inboxes and prioritising correspondence where required
• Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
