Are you looking for a hands-on role with a leading automotive manufacturing business? We are currently recruiting Production Line Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced production team in Leamington Spa.
This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and motivated individuals looking for long-term work with the potential to develop their skills.
The Role
As a Production Line Operative, your responsibilities will include:
• Working on a fast-paced production line
• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
• Carrying out quality checks and reporting any defects
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets
What We're Looking For
• Previous production or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential
• A positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual and committed to attendance
• Flexibility to work rotating day shifts
What's on Offer
• £14.74 per hour
• Sunday 2300-0600 and then Monday to Thursday 2200-0600
• Weekly pay
• Full training provided
