About the role
As a Financial Wellbeing Advisor within Catch22’s Justice team in London, you will play a key role in supporting ex-offenders on probation, focusing on their financial needs. Working with adult males, you’ll explore the root causes of financial hardship and help address debt, benefits, and overall financial wellbeing to build their confidence in managing finances independently. You will manage a caseload, conducting assessments and developing action plans, while collaborating with local agencies to deliver support. You'll also assist with accessing benefits, banking services, and financial entitlements. The role is autonomous but collaborative, with opportunities to improve service quality and share innovative ideas. About You You’re highly organized, process-driven, and able to manage workloads efficiently. With a keen eye for detail and strong writing skills, you ensure timely and high-quality case management. Proactive and resilient, you thrive under pressure and are quick to learn, ready to tackle new challenges in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have experience in the Criminal Justice System or working with disadvantaged people, with a passion for making a positive impact. Salary: £29,684 Career Family & Scale: Operations – Practitioner, London Location: Your base will be in one of our London hubs, but you will be expected to travel frequently across London, hybrid working is available with 4 days expected to be in the hubs/probation offices/delivery sites and 1 day of remote working is possible but not guaranteed.
