Contract: Ad-hoc / Day-to-day supply
Hours: 8:35am – 3:10pm
Pay: Up to £130 per day, depending on experience

A secondary school in Rotherham is looking for a Cover Supervisor to provide ad-hoc and day-to-day cover as demand starts to increase over the coming weeks.
The role could offer up to 5 days per week, depending on the school’s requirements, making this a good opportunity for someone looking for regular work without committing to a long-term placement.
The successful candidate will be confident managing a classroom, following pre-set lesson plans and supporting pupils across KS3 and KS4. You may be required to cover a range of subjects, so subject specialism is not essential.

The school is specifically looking for candidates with:

• Previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor in a secondary school
• Or experience working as a Teaching Assistant within a secondary school
• Experience supporting pupils across KS3 and KS4
• Confidence managing classroom behaviour
• The ability to follow lesson plans and provide clear instructions to pupils
• A professional approach to working within a school environment

An Enhanced DBS is required for this position. If you do not currently have one, we can support you with obtaining a new Enhanced DBS.
