The required skill sets for this role include:

• Experience as a property sales negotiator preferred but not essential
• A proactive and positive attitude
• Strong organisation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Apple Mac proficient
• Able to handle multiple tasks
• A full UK driving license.

The salary package on offer for this sales negotiator position will include a basic of up to £25,000, plus on target earnings that will enable you to earn in the region of £35,000 to £60,000 depending on experience.
