Job Title Senior Administrator Summary We’re seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join a client in Middlesbrough on a 4‑week contract, with the likelihood of extension. This role is ideal for someone highly organised and confident in managing department finances and administration independently. If you’re looking for an opportunity to make an immediate impact, this role could be a great fit. Location and Working Pattern Middlesbrough – 37.5 hours per week Client Overview Our client operates across multiple regions, delivering innovative digital and ICT solutions to support business operations. ResponsibilitiesManage the administration of an annual £16m Digital/ICT spend across the UK, Nordic and Ireland regionsOversee the daily processing of invoices, queries and subcontractor information using Business Central (ERP)Manage subcontractor orders and payment processesMaintain accurate records of financial activityHandle client and project cost charging and recovery for Digital/ICT spendManage timesheet processes for the Digital teamSupport budget preparation and forecasting with the Business Systems Manager and Digital leadership teamAssist with forecasting digital/ICT costs for contract bidsManage vendor payment disputesBuild and maintain strong relationships with Purchasing, Accounts Payable and Group ICT teamsProvide financial support during acquisitions and mergersCarry out general administration duties as requiredMust‑have RequirementsProven experience in senior administration rolesExperience with using an ERP systemStrong background in managing department financial throughputExcellent people management skillsHigh level of IT proficiencyStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to engage professionally across all business levelsDemonstrated discretion and ability to work with confidential informationNice‑to‑have SkillsACA qualification or working towards ACA (or equivalent)The NRL Group connect global companies with the right people to bring engineering projects to life.
