Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced Groundworkers to join a regional contractor working on projects in Wells.

This is an excellent opportunity for skilled Groundworkers with block paving experience to join a busy team, offering competitive CIS rates and an immediate start.

• Competitive pay of £21-£23 per hour (CIS), depending on experience.

• Immediate start available.

• Opportunity to work with an established regional contractor.

• Ongoing support from Acorn by Synergie's Construction team.

• Lay kerbs to a high standard.

• Carry out drainage installation and associated groundworks.

• Assist with the renewal and widening of a crossroads.

• Operate hand tools and small plant safely and efficiently.

• Work as part of a team to deliver projects on time.

• Follow all site health and safety procedures.

• Previous experience in groundworks is essential.

• Valid CSCS card.

• CPCS or NPORS qualification.

• Full UK driving licence preferred.

• Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
