Pest Service Administrator

We are currently seeking an expereinced administrator for the role of Pest Service Administrator.

The purpose of this role is to provide professional administration support to the activities of our front line operational colleagues and managers within Rentokil Pest Control, to enable the delivery of a world class service.

The role has a strong emphasis upon supporting and monitoring the activities of the operational teams by supporting field based colleagues to ensure delivery of efficient and timely service offering to all of our customers.  The role requires a high level of interaction with our colleagues and customers on the telephone and through email and therefore a positive attitude and professional approach is required at all times.

The role will work alongside the businesses Operations Managers (AOM/LOM/Team Leaders) supporting their efforts to ensure a high standard of excellence is delivered to all customers through our teams of field service.

Requirements

- Experience of using Microsoft 365 - MS Office or Google Suite

- Strong IT Skills

- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills

- Be professional, and positive

- Be able to motivate self

- Show passion with a “can do” attitude

- A Flexible working approach
