About the Role

Are you passionate about fashion, people, and delivering meaningful customer experiences? As a Responsible at Stradivarius, you’ll play a key leadership role in creating an inclusive, high-performing store environment that reflects our values and commercial vision.

You’ll work closely with the management team to drive performance, translate commercial insight into action, and support the development of your colleagues. We are looking for individuals with strong emotional intelligence, a customer-first mindset, sound judgement and ethical values, who thrive in fast-paced environments and lead through collaboration and trust.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire your team: Motivate, coach and develop colleagues, fostering engagement, inclusivity and a positive team culture.

  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences: Ensure customers receive attentive, authentic and empathetic service that reflects the Stradivarius brand.

  • Manage operations with excellence: Oversee daily operations including stock management, deliveries, replenishment, visual standards and store organization.

  • Drive commercial performance: Analyze commercial and product information to make informed decisions that improve sales, productivity and efficiency.

  • Champion values and sustainability: Act as a role model for integrity, ethical leadership and Inditex sustainability initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in fast-paced retail environments with people leadership responsibility.

  • High levels of emotional intelligence and strong communication skills.

  • Ability to balance commercial priorities, operational excellence and people development.

  • Strong time management, organization and decision-making skills.

  • Adaptable, customer-focused and guided by clear values and ethics.
