About the role

Job Description

Join our international Operations team and help ensure that our Digital Solutions portfolio remains compliant with global regulatory requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across R&D, Product Management, Quality, Legal and external regulatory authorities to support compliance, homologation, and regulatory strategy activities worldwide.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Monitor and support compliance with global standards, regulations and homologation requirements;
  • Lead or contribute to international regulatory implementation projects;
  • Partner with Quality and Technical Compliance teams to minimize regulatory risks;
  • Support structured problem-solving activities and compliance investigations;
  • Represent Continental in interactions with regulatory authorities, certification bodies and industry working groups;
  • Drive process improvements and support the maintenance of regulatory documentation and processes.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or other related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Regulatory Affairs, Product Development, Process Management, or a similar area;
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects in an international environment;
  • Knowledge of standards and regulations, certification processes, homologation and/or technical compliance;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Advanced Power BI and automation skills are highly valued;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cultures and functions;
  • Proficient English language skills (written and verbal);
  • Availability for international travels (up to 15%).
