You must be able to demonstrate that you can:

• Engage and inspire pupils making learning exciting and memorable.
  
• Set high expectations and have the ability and drive to raise standards.
  
• Be committed to the highest standards of learning, teaching and planning with a good knowledge of the National Curriculum.
• Demonstrate excellent understanding of how to effectively support children and close the gap to ensure equal and outstanding outcomes for all pupils.
• Demonstrate a genuine love of working with children and a passion to make a difference.
