Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Grade 8 - Term time + 5 INSET Days (39 Weeks)
We are seeking to appoint a compassionate and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our Inclusion Team, working within our dedicated SEMH internal provision (Connect).
Connect provides a bespoke learning package for some Key Stage 4 students with SEMH needs who are unable to access learning in a fully mainstream environment and who would benefit from an adapted curriculum.

The role of the HLTA is to work collaboratively with the Connect Lead Teacher to support students to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment. You will work closely with teachers, families, and the wider pastoral team, offering support, guidance, and professional insight to help ensure positive outcomes for every student.
Our strong, inclusive reputation means that Wood Green School is oversubscribed. We are a 11-18 Academy school in the thriving town of Witney, 10 miles west of Oxford. We believe strongly in a culture of mutual respect and positive relationships, our values underpin everything we do.
