About the role
Grade: BG9 N19-N23 £32,061-£34,434 FTE (£28,037.93-£30,113.16 Actual Salary)
Contract: Full Time 37 Hours a week / Fixed term until 31 August 2027
Hours: 8:00am-4:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am-3:30pm Friday

Key Responsibilities (further details in the attached application pack):
- To plan, deliver and evaluate high-quality interventions.
- To lead a team of LSAs to deliver interventions.
- To have a clear understanding of the primary and secondary curriculum for English, literacy and Maths.
- To contribute to the mapping of provision for students with an EHCP, ensuring that LSAs are well-prepared to support them. To work with the SEND team to ensure that all students on the SEN register have Pupil Passports on Provision Maps and these are shared with staff. To monitor students and assess, record and report on students’ achievement, progress and development as agreed.
