The Job Building a candidate pool - Speaking to hundreds of candidates every month to understand who's who in your market. Expect around 60 outbound calls a day to start, with the goal of connecting with every relevant candidate in your area. Building a client portfolio - Prospecting every manufacturer in your area hiring engineers, and selling in both candidates and our services. Expect a minimum of 50 outbound dials a day. Filling vacancies - Using your candidate pool, our database, and job adverts across all major job boards to match the right people to the right roles. Visiting clients - Getting out to see clients on-site, understanding their business and processes, and knowing exactly the kind of person they need.This is a fast-paced, target-driven, phone-based role.
